TOASTER PARTY INC RETURNS POLICY

Thank you very much for your recent purchase! Over 98% of people who have bought Toaster Party Studio are very happy with our product. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return what you have purchased for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item:
1. Email customer service at Info@toasterparty.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging,
include your proof of purchase and the return form provided.
3. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Please allow at least 5 days to process
returns. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
